Domestic (UAE) Orders – 7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy for domestic orders within the UAE. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
How to Initiate a Return

Once approved, returns must be sent to the following address:

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Domestic Exchanges (UAE Orders Only)
For exchange requests within the UAE:
- The item must first be returned to the above address after approval from our team
- Once received and inspected, we will process the exchange and dispatch the replacement item
- The replacement will be shipped using the same delivery method as the original order
Please ensure the item is securely packaged and meets all return eligibility conditions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us immediately.
To qualify for a replacement or refund:
- A clear photo or video of the damaged/defective product is required
- This must be submitted at the time of reporting the issue
⚠️ Failure to provide photo or video evidence will result in the return, refund, or replacement request being rejected.
International Orders (Including EU)
Due to the classification of our fragrances as Dangerous Goods (DG) by shipping carriers, returns are not accepted on international orders once shipped.
Additionally:
- Returns or refund requests based on personal preference (e.g., dislike of scent) are not accepted
- All fragrances undergo strict quality control to ensure premium standards
International refunds are only applicable in cases of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect item received
We strongly advise all international customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders delivered within the EU, customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period.
However, due to Dangerous Goods shipping restrictions:
- Returns remain the responsibility of the customer
- Returns are not accepted for reasons of personal preference
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized items
- YUSUF BHAI House Blends if seal is broken
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Items purchased on sale or using gift cards
Damages and Issues (General)
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is any issue, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve it appropriately.
Customs, Duties & Failed Deliveries
- Customs duties and taxes are not included in shipping fees and must be paid by the recipient
- If a shipment is refused or not accepted, original shipping fees and return charges will be deducted from any applicable refund
Refunds (UAE Domestic Returns Only)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the refund status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer
